The High Commission of India organized the inauguration of the painting exhibition of its flagship painting competition "Tanzania On Canvas". Prof. Deniel Mussa, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Education attended the event as the Guest of Honour and inaugurated the exhibition along with Shri Bishwadip Dey, High Commissioner of India. The parents of the students, principals, jury members, and teachers from all the 10 schools participating in the competition attended the event and were felicitated with a ceramic replica of the paintings done by the students. The final event is scheduled to take place on 4th October at JNICC with the award winning ceremony to be held.
